Simple rules for a stress-free return! We understand the stress a return can cause, but if you follow the simple rules described on this page you will be able to complete a request for a return in a few clicks and drastically reduce the waiting time.

Free return exclusions:
Free returns may not be available if all the products you ordered are on clearance. A warning will appear in your cart and checkout. You will be able to take advantage of the easy return, and at the time of reimbursement, €4.90 will be deducted as a transport fee.
Necessary requirements to make a return and obtain a refund
All products returned in order to obtain a refund (with the exception of the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be returned in "like new" conditions and be suitable for resale. Please remember that all original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrappings must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with transport costs charged or retained with a penalty which will vary from 50% to 80% of the purchase value based on the arrival conditions of the product. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchase is made for business and/or professional use (VAT registered purchase).
Important: here are some of the precautions that we ask you to respect for the return.
Rackets:
The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed. The racket must not be used, nor scratched, blemished and not altered such as inserting an overgrip, tape, etc.
Shoes:
Need to be returned without being used or showing signs of wear. Will need to include all originally included and non-removed labels. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore needs to be returned intact, without damage or writing that may hinder the resale of the product(s).
Apparel:
Clothing must be returned complete with the original packaging and with all manufacturer labels not removed. Removed labels will make the product "used" and will void the right to replacement or refund. Items must be returned in "Brand New" condition, never worn, never washed and without marks, stains, or alterations.
Bags, accessories, strings, grip and overgrip:
Tags, labels and original packaging must always be intact and not opened.
Balls:
Pressurized tubes must be returned intact, never opened and without scratches and dents.
IMPORTANT:
All returns made with a courier other than the one authorized by us for the return will be systematically rejected by our warehouse.
