MisterPadel.com allows customers to browse and purchase padel rackets, footwear, clothing and accessories online.

The purchasing process includes searching for products, viewing their features, choosing available variants, adding items to the cart, entering delivery and billing details, selecting a payment method and confirming the order. The website also provides a customer account area and information about shipping, payments, returns and customer support.

The service is operated by Mister Tennis Srl, with its registered office at Largo Guido Donegani, 2 - 20121 Milan (MI) - Italy, VAT number IT02880140781, fully paid-up share capital of €200,000.

Our commitment to accessibility

We want to make MisterPadel.com easier for everyone to use, including people with disabilities and those navigating with a keyboard or assistive technologies.

We are improving the website’s content and functionality to reduce barriers to browsing and purchasing. Our internal team manages development, maintenance and technical accessibility improvements.

References and accessibility status

Our goal is to meet the accessibility requirements applicable to our e-commerce service under Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act, and the relevant AgID Guidelines.

These requirements cover the accessibility of the service’s information and functionality, including identification, security and payment features, which must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. They also include providing accessibility information about the products and services sold when supplied by the responsible economic operator.

The technical references for assessment are EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1, Levels A and AA. Assessment of the entire service remains incomplete, so we cannot currently attest to the website’s overall conformance.

Features and improvements

Improvement work covers keyboard navigation, clear identification of buttons and links, forms, dialog management and controls for any multimedia content. The goal is to make the main operations easier without requiring a mouse.

We are making improvements to facilitate browsing products, searching, selecting variants and adding items to the cart.

Our internal team continues to work on accessibility across the overall experience, from purchasing to order management and after-sales support, addressing the issues identified.

Development and management of improvements

The website uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with WAI-ARIA attributes to describe certain interactive components. Improving page structure and the information exposed to assistive technologies is part of our accessibility work.

Complaints to the competent authority

Complaints may be submitted to the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the competent supervisory authority for the e-commerce service, using the procedures described on the official AgID website.
