Easy and Free Returns. Nothing more comfortable.

We know all of your doubts about online purchases, and for this reason, we want to put you completely at ease. A wrong size, a product you don't like, or simply a detail you hadn't considered will no longer be a problem for you. With the "Easy Return" procedure, you can return the products you do not intend to keep to us with just a few clicks.

We'll take care of everything, including the courier!

From the "Orders" section of your Account, you can request the collection of your return in a few seconds, and even choose the time slot for collection of your products by our partner courier. No inconvenience and, above all, no unexpected costs for you.
Fill out the paper Return Form that you found in the package, and reinsert it in the package you are returning. Don’t worry if you have lost the form; you can reprint it from the return request page. Request a return within 14 days of receipt. Remember to request the return no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase. The courier will come to collect the package from your home according to your requests, so make sure you have prepared everything following the instructions that will be provided to you. Important: you can request a free return just once for the same order.

The products you return to us will need to be relisted, so please take care to treat them very carefully if you are unsure about keeping them and send them back to us just as you would like to receive them. It is a gesture of respect for those who will purchase them after you.

In particular, remember to:
- do not remove the plastic covering of the handle of padel rackets;
- do not dirty clothes and shoes while trying them on;
- do not remove labels and tags;
- do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes, and packaging;
- do not write on the original boxes or packaging;
- do not wash clothes and shoes;
- return all accessories originally supplied.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept:
- padel rackets without the plastic coating on the handle;
- open ball tubes;
- products visibly used;
- shoes and/or clothing without tags and/or original box;
- electronic products without all accessories originally supplied;
- products that have undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion, or simple opening of a seal;
- purchases made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

Attention, in the cases listed above, the return cannot be refunded, and your product will remain at your disposal. We can send it back to you by charging the transport costs.

We will refund you immediately
As soon as we receive your return, if it meets the requirements listed above, we will refund the amount.

- We refund your credit card immediately if you paid by credit card (or Paypal).
- We refund by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
- We cannot make refunds by other means (top-ups on cards, postal orders, bank checks).
