Terms and Conditions for the Use of Product Coupons

Definition of Product Coupon: the product coupon is a special discount applicable on individual products on promotion. The discount is deducted directly from the cart at checkout.

Temporal Validity: Product coupons have an expiration date clearly indicated on the coupon itself. After this date, the coupon will no longer be valid for the purchase of the specified product and cannot be redeemed.

Specific Product Limitation: Coupons are valid exclusively for the product specified on the coupon itself. The coupon cannot be used for other products. Quantities are limited and redeemed coupons may expire before the expiration date.

Product Return: If you decide to return the product for which you used the coupon, the value of the coupon will not be refunded or reusable. The coupon is strictly tied to the specified product and cannot be transferred to other items.

Restriction to private consumers: product coupons are applicable exclusively to private consumers, therefore they are not applicable to professional customers (purchase with VAT number).

Single Use: Each coupon produced is single use and cannot be reused after purchasing the product. Once used, the coupon cannot be recovered or reused for subsequent purchases.

Not cumulative: Product coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions, unless expressly indicated otherwise on the coupon itself or in the conditions of the promotion.

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify or cancel product coupons at any time, without notice. Any changes will only be applicable to future transactions and will not affect coupons already issued.
